What we collect

A random viewer ID created on your first visit, your watch progress, your list, language preferences and, if you sign in, your email address. If you buy, our reseller Polar (with Stripe as card processor) collects your card details and email on its own secure checkout page; we receive only an order reference, what you bought, the amount and your viewer ID.

Approximate country (from your network address, processed at the edge) to apply content licences. We do not store your IP address in our database.

Analytics

We use PostHog with memory-only persistence: no analytics cookies are set. Events such as episode started, episode completed and paywall shown are linked to your viewer ID so we can improve the catalogue. You can opt out in your profile at any time. Viewers in the EU/UK/Switzerland see a notice before analytics start.

Where data lives

Accounts and progress: Supabase (EU, Frankfurt). Hosting: Vercel. Video delivery: Vercel / Mux. Analytics: PostHog (US). Purchases: Polar Software, Inc. (US, Merchant of Record) and Stripe (card processing). Each processor acts under its own data-processing terms.

Your rights

Download your data or delete your account from your profile. Deletion is immediate and permanent. For other requests (access, correction, objection) write to laithhebe6@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. Titles carry an age rating; mature titles require the viewer to confirm the minimum age.
