Refund policy

Coins and VIP passes

Technical problem on our side: if you paid and could not watch, write to laithhebe6@gmail.com within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

Coin packs: within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a refund of the paid coins you have not spent yet. Coins already used to unlock episodes, and free bonus coins, are not refundable.

VIP pass: within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a refund if you have not watched any episode that the pass unlocked. After that the purchase is final, except where the law in your country gives you additional rights.

EU and UK consumers

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want immediate access and understand that you lose this right once streaming starts. If you did not give that confirmation, you can withdraw within 14 days for a full refund.

Removed titles

If episodes you unlocked are removed from the catalogue within 12 months of your purchase because our licence ended, we return the coins you spent on them to your wallet.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Polar, our Merchant of Record, back to the card you paid with, normally within 5–10 business days (your card issuer may take longer). Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
